INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

 
Only departing passengers with a valid air ticket will be granted access to the International Departure Hall.  Exception will be made for a person accompanying a passenger with reduced mobility or special assistance needs, or an unaccompanied minor (UM).
 

Passengers are kindly requested to check with their airlines for flight information or for the latest travel advisory before their travel. 

 

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS TO RODRIGUES

Only departing passengers with a valid air ticket will be granted access to the Rodrigues Departure Hall.  Exception will be made for a person accompanying a passenger with reduced mobility or special assistance needs, or an unaccompanied minor (UM).

Passengers are kindly requested to check with Air Mauritius for flight information or for the latest travel advisory before their travel. 

 

Travel restrictions valid up to 31 October 2021

Passengers will be allowed to travel to Rodrigues subject to the following:

  • Only passengers who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to travel to Rodrigues.  
  • Passengers shall undergo a PCR test taken 72 hours prior to boarding the flight.    
  • Only passengers with negative PCR test result will be allowed to proceed to Rodrigues.  
  • Upon arrival in Rodrigues, passengers will be subjected to 7 days quarantine.
  • Passengers have to wear surgical masks at all times, including during the flight.     
  • Body temperature check will be carried out at SSR International Airport and Plaine Corail Airport by the Health Authorities.   
  • Any passenger having temperature above 37.8 degrees Celcius and/or any symptoms of COVID 19, will not be allowed to travel.
  • Physical distancing of at least 1m should be maintained by all staff and passengers within the Terminal and public areas.
  • Upon arrival in Rodrigues, passengers will be subjected to 7 days health surveillance.
