When you arrive at the parking entrance, License Plate Recgnition (LPR) cameras automatically scan your vehicle’s number plate and record your entry time.
Always keep a distance of 2 metres with the vehicle in front of you.
Take a ticket at the entrance lane and the barrier then opens automatically.
Your vehicle plate number and a QR code are printed on the ticket, which you should always keep with you.
When you are ready to leave, you can pay for your parking in two convenient ways:
Once your payment is completed, you have a grace time of 15 minutes to leave the car park.
At the exit, keep a distance of 2 metres with the vehicle in front of you. Wait for that vehicle to exit and the barrier to close, before you move forward.
The LPR cameras will scan your vehicle’s number plate again. If the parking fee has been paid and the grace time has not lapsed, the barrier will open automatically, allowing you to exit smoothly.
If the grace time has lapsed, you will be required to pay the extra time. You may use the Intercom at the exit lane for assistance, or if possible, proceed to the Exit Lane 4 for payment.
Your grace time has not ended yet? Use the Intercom at the exit lane for assistance.

Yes. After completing your payment, you have a 15-minute grace time to exit the car park.
Intercom assistance is available at the entrance lanes, pay stations and exit lanes if you require help during your parking journey.
The new parking system helps improve the overall experience for visitors by providing a smoother exit process - not to mention more flexible payment options.
Once you pay your parking fee, you have a 15-minute grace time to exit the car park.
For the best experience, we recommend paying only when you are ready to return to your vehicle and leave the airport. This ensures you have sufficient time to drive to the exit, where your vehicle number plate will be automatically recognised and the barrier will open seamlessly.
If you exceed the 15-minute grace time, the barrier may not open automatically. In this case, simply use the intercom for assistance or proceed to Exit Lane No. 4.
If you need help at any stage of your parking journey, assistance is always available.
You can use the intercom located at:
The entry gates
The Pay Stations
The exit gates
You may alternatively proceed to the Exit Lane 4.
