Airport Terminal Operations Ltd (ATOL) is a private Mauritian company created in year 2008.
At its creation, its shareholders were the State of Mauritius via Airports of Mauritius Co. Ltd (90%) and Aéroports de Paris Management (ADPM), a subsidiary of PARIS AEROPORT (ADP) Group with a 10% stake in a Private/Public Partnership (PPP).
ATOL is now 100% owned by Airports of Mauritius Co Ltd.
The Company owns the new Passenger Terminal and Landside at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport and is responsible for its operations and maintenance.
