Resumption of Operations at SSR International Airport
Following the issue of the Termination bulletin by the Mauritius Meteorological Services, Airport Terminal Operations Ltd (ATOL) informs all intending passengers and the public that SSR International Airport will reopen and resume its operations as from 11:30H (Local Time), on Friday 28 February 2025.
However, intending passengers are strongly advised to contact their respective airlines for further information on the status of their flights and not to proceed to the airport, unless receiving confirmation of the revised departure time.
In order to ensure a smooth resumption, access to the Check-in Hall of the Terminal will be temporarily restricted to departing passengers with valid air tickets.
ATOL relies on the understanding and collaboration of all towards restoring normal airport operations at the earliest.
Suite à la levée de l’alerte cyclonique par les Services météorologiques de Maurice, Airport Terminal Operations Ltd (ATOL) informe tous les passagers et le public, que l’aéroport international SSR rouvrira et reprendra ses opérations à partir de 11h30 (heure locale) le vendredi 28 février 2025.
Toutefois, les passagers doivent impérativement contacter leurs compagnies aériennes respectives pour obtenir des informations complémentaires sur le statut de leurs vols et ne pas se rendre à l'aéroport avant de recevoir la confirmation de l'heure de départ révisée.
Afin d'assurer une reprise fluide, l'accès au hall d'enregistrement du terminal sera temporairement restreint aux passagers en départ, munis de billets valides.
ATOL compte sur la compréhension et la collaboration de tous pour rétablir les opérations normales de l'aéroport dans les meilleurs délais.
